Leadership

Tara Rethore is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of driving business strategies while defining and building the organizational capability required to sustain success. With over 20 years of broad functional expertise in both industry and consulting, she has consistently delivered results by matching the "people side" with business strategy typically executing across geographic and organizational boundaries. She is adept at breaking down complex concepts and situations into a few, critical themes that can be addressed and managed effectively. Ms. Rethore's experience includes strategic management, finance, operations, and human capital leadership. She's worked globally across multiple industries and brings that broad perspective to all of her work. Having a solid foundation in leadership and team dynamics, Ms. Rethore is comfortable managing complex teams at all levels of an organization from shop floor to senior leadership. She's spoken at and contributed to industry and professional conferences and publications.
Ms. Rethore earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and an A.B. cum laude from Mount Holyoke College. She's certified in the use of Think Tools and Lominger Limited talent management tools, and a member of Human Resource Planning Society. Holding dual US and Irish citizenship (and passports), Ms. Rethore is also conversant in Spanish and fundamental French.

Glen Van Zandt brings over 20 years of experience as an internal consulting practitioner and leader in both government and private sector roles. His work focuses on building and implementing effective human capital strategies to support sustainable business practices and triple bottom-line performance.
Mr. Van Zandt is experienced in organizational assessment, performance measurement and management, change management and process consultation, and partnership development to assist clients in building internal talent to deliver results. His passion lies at the nexus of business strategy and corporate sustainability creating sustainable value and competitive advantage through triple bottom-line thinking and practice.
Mr. Van Zandt earned a Master's Degree from Yale's School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, and both an M.S. in Human Resources Management and a B.B.A. from Texas A&M University. He is a member of the Human Resources Planning Society, the Society of American Foresters, and the Sustainability Practice Network.
